• For all appointments 25% deposit is required. Refundable with 72hrs notice of needing to cancel if no longer needed.

• Regarding Mental Health Care Plans: unfortunately I cannot offer a rebate or session under these. Counsellors/coaches do not have access to a medicare provider number which is necessary for this scheme.

• Private Health fund rebates may apply to your session. If you have Health Cover which includes counselling, you may be able to claim a rebate for the sessions from your health fund. I provide an invoice for this upon request.
