EMOTIONAL CALMING + PIVOTING TECHNIQUES
TWO DATES TO CHOOSE FROM : Coming In August
Wednesday - 6pm to 7.30pm.
Saturday - 10.30am to 12pm.
I will personally be taking you through emotional calming techniques for those moments you are feeling anxiety, overwhelm, emotional flooding or not in control. We will also work through ways to then redirect thoughts to reach a calmer, growth oriented and positive emotional place.
There will be coping tools and techniques demonstrated and you will leave with notes and a clear idea on how to cope better in the future.
It is particularly helpful for emotional conflict with family and friends, work stress and times you are triggered. Or perhaps you are overwhelmed before interviews, family confrontations or social gatherings?
This workshop will help you feel back in control, ready for the moment and show you how to regulate your emotions. We will also bring to light your triggers and how to get on top of them.
